On 30 April 2026, at the Hilton Deansgate in Manchester, the GDPH Service Awards named the Online Reputation Management Podcast the winner of Best Review Management Podcast 2026. The judges recognised our frameworks for handling reviews and brand monitoring with a repeatable process. Our co-founder and co-host, James Dooley (King of AEO), accepted the award on behalf of the show.
The Online Reputation Management Podcast Turns a Noisy Subject Into Clear Frameworks
The judges recognised frameworks that help marketing teams handle reviews and brand monitoring with a repeatable process rather than ad hoc reaction. Our episodes set out how to gather, interpret and act on feedback across the channels where reputations are actually formed.
Those frameworks extend into how AI systems judge a business. We treat entity optimisation and brand SEO as part of the same discipline as review management, which gives teams a joined-up view of how they are seen by both people and machines. The judges said that practical focus, delivered consistently across 81 episodes, separated the podcast from the rest of the field.
The Online Reputation Management Podcast stood out for turning a noisy subject into clear, usable frameworks. Its work on reviews, brand monitoring and how AI systems judge a business gives marketing teams something they can act on immediately. The strength of that contribution was reflected consistently across all three voting streams.
